Ben Jenkins is a Breathwork Facilitator and Co-Owner of the The Well Hub. 14 years ago, Ben had a wake-up call after being diagnosed with cancer. When he didn’t find the answers as to why this path presented itself, he discovered Breathwork to find emotional, mental, and physical regulation. Today Ben uses techniques grounded in science to construct breath flows to help clients decompress from the high-stress states.
