Want to develop your yoga practice, build strength and confidence in poses and receive personalised support?

Join Aimee for this two part workshop series in an intimate setting where you will:

  • Learn technique tips to fine tune your alignment in some of the foundational poses like downward dog, chaturanga, upward dog.and technique tips of you would flow through these postures like jumping forward and back.
  • Build strength and confidence in some of the standing postures and more arm balance.
  • Break down and receive tools on how you would progress to some of the more challenging postures like head stands and the wheel with hands on support and guidance in a fun and educational learning environment.

If some of these things aren’t in your practice yet, or you are doing them but want to be able to ask questions and receive progressions, then this is perfect for you.

Aimee is a Naarm/Melbourne based, New Zealand born dancer, choreographer, graphic designer and experienced teacher. She has taught extensively over the last 12 years and comes with a wealth of knowledge across Dance, Barre, Pilates and Yoga. Aimee holds a YA500 Ashtanga Yoga, YA50hr Yin Yoga, a Diploma of Dance and an Honours degree in Art and Design. Aimee frequently draws from her knowledge as a contemporary dance artist and guides her classes with a care and attention that allows any participant to adapt and enjoy themselves.
